For me they update the game but all it does is break the mods every time again. And also if these constant updates would provide some big changes or new content or something we wouldn't feel the need to mod an early accces. In bannerlord on the other hand nobody knows what works and what not, is it the mod order? Is it the game? Is it the launcher? No one knows. For example satisfactory, basicly all mods break on patch day but they somehow manage to keep in touch with modders or program there game to make it more easy that's why after a week or so most mods are updated and it's not a big hassle to get them working again as player.
Cmon not that statement again, I mean you're right that after an update mods break and thats something to consider if you want to mod a game or play with mods but there's several early accces games out there that keep more in touch with there modding comunity.
